OUR POLICY

• For booking please share your IDs and the declaration regarding the health of all the guests. 

• It is a silent property. Do not shout or play music at a high volume inside the property which may disturb someone else staying in the hotel and break the silent atmosphere.

• Room rent is payable in advance in order to confirm the bookings.

• Extra occupancy is offered for adults and children (above 7 years old) at ₹1,000 with a mattress and breakfast.

• We provide Toilet Kit, Tea/Coffee Kit, Mosquito Repellent/Coil, and Packaged drinking water (2 x 1000ml) in every room.

• We have RO drinking water facility at the property.

• Check-in time is 1 pm and Check-out time is 10 am.

• In case any damage is done to the property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking.

• We sanitise our rooms before arrival and after departure of guests. We request you to kindly adhere to the GoI protocols for COVID 19. 

• Breakfast is complimentary.

• Extra GST is not chargeable. 

• Pets are not allowed.

• Unmarried couples are not allowed. Although there can be unmarried couples amongst a larger group visiting us for a day-out. 

• Personal food and beverages are strictly not permitted in the property.

• Consumption of alcohol or any kind of substances is strictly prohibited inside the property.  

•  As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.
